Perfect for Christmas parties or family get-togethers, a grazing board is a nice option for dining in with guests.

On her weekly slot on Déise Today this week (Wednesday), Aisling Larkin - TV cook and food educator -  spoke to Damien about how to make the perfect grazing board.

Aisling discussed how to make a cheese board, seafood board and charcuterie board for upcoming festive gatherings.

She also gave some tips on how to present your grazing board; incorporating fruit in the board, Irish cheeses, crackers, and dips etc!
