Top tips for a great curry :

- Must cook out the spices
- Ensure spices are in date
- A sprinkle of spice bag mix of Chinese 5 spice
- Tomato
- Stock
- Ground almonds
- Creamy - cream, yogurt, coconut milk
- Not all the vegetables - a curated selection
- Reduce the sauce by half for great consistency
