Waterford camogie goalkeeper Brianna O'Regan joined Damien after the team's historic win over the weekend.

It was an emotional win for Brianna who dedicated it to her late parents. She lost both her parents and her baby sister Niamh in a housefire in 2006.

She spoke about the support her grandparents gave her after the accident and about her relationship with her two brothers.

She also touched on the benefits of counselling or even just writing your feelings on paper.

Last weekend, Waterford beat Tipperary for the first time since gaining their senior status in 2015.

Brianna has been on the panel for the last eight years and said the win will live with her for the rest of her life.

She explains to Damien what makes a good goalie, pre-match rituals, and the importance of communication between players.

Waterford's next match will be on June 16th. For more fixture information, see the Waterford camogie website.
