Did you have a late night/early morning indulging in this year's Oscars awards ceremony?!

There was, of course, some success for the Irish but disappointment too that neither The Banshees of Inisherin or An Cailin Ciuin got a gong.

The Banshees had been nominated in a total of 9 categories while An Cailin Ciuin - starring Waterford's Carrie Crowley - had been nominated in the Best International Feature Film category.

Still, there was great success for the Northern Irish comedy drama 'An Irish Goodbye' which won Best Live-Action Short Film as well as Dubliner Richie Baneham who won his second visual effects Oscar for his work on 'Avatar: The Way of the Water'.

This morning, Damien was joined in studio by Andrew Holden to review the awards ceremony.
