This picturesque track in Co. Kilkenny has developed into one of Ireland’s premier Racetracks. The track hosts 16 race meetings featuring both National Hunt and Flat Race meetings spread evenly throughout the year starting with the Goffs Thyestes Handicap Chase in January, the biggest day in the south east’s racing calendar.
Gowran Park is located 12 kilometres from Kilkenny city and just off the M9 so it’s very easy to access. For all race meetings, there are complimentary buses from the Parade in Kilkenny and there is ample parking just beside the track. Anxious to hear how you can win?
All next week on The Lunchbox, Geoff will pick a qualifier each day who will automatically win a pair of admission tickets to Thyestes race day.
On Friday, those 5 qualifiers picked during the week will automatically be put into a draw to win the week's overall prize upgrade: a pair of gold race day package tickets which include admission, race card, drink and food vouchers!
