Last night a host of Waterford businesses attended the 9th Annual Waterford Business Awards in the spectacular surrounds of Faithlegg House Hotel.

With nominees shortlisted across all eleven categories, the winner of each was in the running for the title of 'Overall Business of the Year.'

Staving off stiff competition, the overall winner as announced by Mayor Waterford City & County, Cllr. John O'Leary, was Haleon.

Haleon employs over 900 people in Dungarvan, where it produces Panadol and Polident.
