A Waterford woman accused of murdering her 6-year-old son was deemed not well enough to appear before the court yesterday.
37-year-old Ruth Purcell Healy has been remanded in custody in Limerick Prison in absentio pending the preparation of the Book of Evidence.
This comes as 6-year-old Matthew Healy was found unresponsive in the Dunmore East area on February 9th.
His mother was arrested and charged with his murder on February 13th.

She is due to appear via videolink before Waterford District Court on April 23rd at 10.30am.
