The highest number of tickets in this 14 month period were issued in Kerry where there were 10,718 issued per capita. While Cork came in second at 9,498.
The report shows local authorities across the country issued 278,000 fines in total between March 2021 and April 2022, amounting to €11 million.
Waterford is the only county where figures for 2022 couldn't be obtained.
In Leitrim, fines were suspended at the start of the Pandemic and have not yet been reintroduced, while Roscommon doesn't have local authority paid parking.
