Emergency services are at the scene of an accident in Waterford City this morning.
It's understood that a motorcyclist has been knocked from their bike in the St. John's Park area, near the local Centra store.
Gardai and ambulance services are at the scene and the road is currently impassable.

The road is closed at the junction in question and local diversions are in place.
Motorists are being asked to avoid the area if possible.
A collision has also been reported near the Maxol Garage on the Dunmore Road.
