Companies in Waterford have until Friday to enter this year's Waterford Business Awards.
The awards are designed to recognise excellence in business across Waterford City and County.
They're organised by Waterford Chamber, in collaboration with Dungarvan and West Waterford Chamber.
Because of Covid, the 2021 awards ceremony had to be held online, however this year's will mark the return of the gala dinner.
“We are now entering year nine of the Waterford Business Awards and what better a time to share some positivity and promote our local businesses," Waterford Chamber President, Paul Nolan, said while at the launch.
There are 12 categories, including the following:
1. Entrepreneur of the year
2. New business of the year
3. Marketing excellence
4. Technology, Research and innovation
5. Excellence in Sustainability
6. Tourism Excellence
7. Best food and beverage producer
8. Business of the Year (up to 20 people)
9. Business of the Year (21-100 people)
10. Business of the Year (100+)
All businesses located in Waterford City and County are encouraged to enter, whether you are a Chamber member or not.
