Investigations are underway following a serious assault in Waterford City this evening.
Gardaí are investigating reports of an alleged assault of a male in his late teens following an incident on Paddy Brownes Road, Waterford shortly after 6:30pm this evening, Sunday 19th January 2025.
His injuries are not life threatening.
Local inquiries are ongoing and the scene is preserved for examination.
