Two people were admitted to hospital with serious injuries after being attacked by a dog at a property in Waterford city.
Emergency services attended the scene at St. John's Park in the city shortly after 1 pm yesterday afternoon.
Two women in their 30's and late teens were taken to University Hospital Waterford where they are being treated for their injuries.
The dog has since been seized by the Waterford City and County Council Dog Warden.
