Planning permission has been granted to convert the former Alamo complex in Tramore into eight apartments.
The planning application was received on October 27th having been submitted by Oakshade Holdings Limited.
It seeks to change the use of the existing ground floor from commercial to residential, providing for three two-bedroom apartments.
A new second floor will provide 5 new apartments - 1 2 bedroom apartment; 2 1 bedroom apartments and 2 studio apartments.
Permissions have also been granted for a new three-story extension to the front of the building, modification of all existing facades and all associated site works.
