Gardaí are at the scene of a two car road traffic accident on the Outer Ring Road in Waterford which occurred this morning at the Knightswood estate.
Motorists are advised to expect delays in the area.
There have been ongoing traffic issues on the route in recent days and weeks, with the works which are taking place at Farronshoneen Roundabout causing delays.
These works are expected to continue until Christmas.
