Temperatures are expected to dip across Waterford from this evening (Monday, March 6th).
A status yellow warning has been issued by Met Éireann for ice across the entire country.
The forecaster is advising that conditions could be hazardous due to freezing temperatures, including icy stretches on roads and paths.
Lows of -4 degrees could be felt in some areas, with the possibility of sleet and snow.
The warning comes into effect from 6 o'clock this evening and is valid until 10am tomorrow, Tuesday.
