16-year-old Sean Moran, who was missing from his home in Ballybeg, Waterford since Tuesday evening 18th July, 2023 at approximately 6:40 p.m has been located safe and well.
Concerns were expressed for Sean's wellbeing, but he has since been located safe and well and Gardai have thanked the public and media for their assistance.
