Gardaí are investigating an assault on a man that occurred at a premises on Morgan Street in Waterford City this evening, Friday January 12th.
The injured man was later treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Investigations into this incident are ongoing.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to this incident to come forward.
