Met Eireann has issued a status RED Snow Ice warning for Munster and Leinster.
The forecaster says they're predicting 'blizzard-like' conditions with heavy snow and strong winds.
It's valid from 4 o'clock on Thursday until midday on Friday.

All schools in Munster and Leinster will be closed tomorrow and Friday as a result of the snow. People in Waterford are being urged not to make any unnecessary journeys especially when the red alert comes into force at 4.00pm tomorrow.
