A plant manufacturing an hallucinogenic drug has been raided by Gardaí in Waterford.
The DMT facility was dismantled yesterday (Thursday) by the Waterford District Drugs Unit.
During the course of the search, cannabis worth €21,000, LSD worth over €8,000, and Cocaine worth €2,350 were found.
€3,100 in cash was also seized.
Speaking to WLR News, Sergeant Deirdre O'Neill says an arrest has been made in this investigation:
"A male was arrested and charged and has been released on bail. The matter is before the courts at the moment.
".... This was a considerable detection in relation to controlled substances in Waterford."
