Works are underway to bring life back into Tramore's Grand Hotel.
That's according to the new owner's father, Noel Frisby.
Noel confirmed via text that his son James has purchased the building and hopes to turn it into a modern 100 plus bed hotel.
Architechts are currently working on the property and it is being cleaned out.
The building has been empty since 2014 and was sold at an auction less than two months after it had been bought by the previous owner.
