Planning permission is being sought for 11 residential serviced sites in Newtown, Tramore.
The application was lodged with Waterford City and County Council yesterday by William Bolster.
The intended area is behind the existing Newtown Park housing estate, close to the Driving Range in Newtown.
Additionally permission is sought for an access road from the existing road, footpaths, roadways, and water connections.

The lands are currently zoned for residential use within the Tramore Area Development Plan.
The surrounding area has seen significant residential development in recent years, with Cliffside, Newtown Glen, and Newtown Park developments all at various stages of completion.
A decision is expected on or before August 6th 2024.
