Surveys are underway to test the integral structure of the building. According to management, there are currently 37 patients being treated in the hospital.

Taoiseach Leo Varadkar says other hospitals are stepping in to assist. He added:"Other hospitals in the region both public and private are helping out.

"Staff normally working here are now working in other hospitals in the region and it is good to see that happen."
