Multiple units of fire service tackle Tramore road blaze

At least five units of Waterford Fire Service, along with Gardaí remain at the scene of a fire this morning (7am.)

A significant fire took hold in the Halfway Coffee Stop on the Old Tramore Road in the carpark of the former Halfway House.

Units were at the scene from approximately 5.45am this morning.

The drive-thru wooden structure was completely burned out following the blaze.

The source of the fire is unknown however investigations are ongoing.

No road closures are in place, and motorists can proceed as normal.
