Thomas Murray (62) who was reported missing from Kilkenny city since Friday last, 16th August, has been located safe and well.
Mr Murray had last been seen in Knocktopher at around 5.30pm that day and it was believed he may have travelled to Waterford.
An Garda Síochána have thanked the public and the media for their assistance.
