The members of Mark White Taekwondo and Fitness have been getting fit to raise funds for the WLR St Vincent De Paul by taking part in a 25-day boot camp challenge throughout the month of November, known as "No Excuses November".
In the past, this event has raised over €72,000 for St Vincent De Paul
A bake sale was held today in Tramore AFC to raise funds for St Vincent De Paul.
Speaking to WLR's Oliver Carroll at the event, Jason Bohman who works for American Pan, spoke of his generous donation to the WLR St. Vincent De Paul Christmas Appeal.
"It's our pleasure. It's a fantastic cause, we are delighted to be able to sponsor and support the cause every year through Mark who has been amazing.
We love to put back into the community and to see the bake sale going on now is great to raise much-needed funds."
Mark White added, "It's fantastic. They have made a huge effort this year and they have been doing it for 25 days.
"They have family and work life and still made plans to work all around it. To boost it further, they raised money from friends, family, and far afield."
