It was 'One-Two' for Henry de Bromhead in the feature race of this year's Cheltenham Festival.
For the second year in a row, he can call himself a Cheltenham Gold Cup-winning Trainer, after Rachael Blackmore guided 'A Plus Tard' to victory.
12 months on from the race that eluded her, Blackmore made no mistakes this time out hitting the winning post fifteen lengths clear of last year's winner and stablemate 'Minella Indo'.
In doing so, she has become the first woman to win the Gold Cup, along with the Aintree Grand National.
Speaking to Racing TV after the win, Waterford's Henry de Bromhead said they delighted to have a jockey of Rachael's calibre.
South Tipperary jockey Rachael Blackmore called the win 'overwhelming', especially after she missed out in the same race and the same horse last year.
She told Racing TV she feels so lucky the past year, following today's Gold Cup win and the Aintree Grand National.
Earlier in the week, both de Bromhead and Blackmore saw success with Honeysuckle in the Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham.
It was the second time the horse won the race and in doing so become the first mare to win the Champion Hurdle Twice.
