Former One Direction singer Liam Payne has died at the age of 31.
It’s been reported that he fell from a third floor balcony of a hotel in Argentina.
Payne, alongside bandmates Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson, shot to fame on the X Factor as part of 1D - who became one of the biggest boy bands of all time before their eventual split.
One Direction became the first band in the US Billboard 200 history to have their first four albums debut at number one, selling over 70 million records worldwide and winning over 200 awards.

Liam James Payne, composer and guitarist, former member of the band One Direction, died today after falling from the third floor of a hotel in Palermo," a police statement said.
