Gardaí are investigating an alleged assault on two teenage girls in Waterford City Centre in an incident involving a group of youths.
On Saturday last, September 14th, Gardaí received a report of an alleged assault on two girls in their mid-teens in the George's Street area of city which is believed to have occured at around 6pm that day.
The matter is currently under investigation and Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the assault, or who may have mobile phone footage or relevant information, to come forward.
