Gardaí are appealing for assistance from the public following a robbery which took place last week in a Waterford city service station.
On Tuesday, December 12th at 6.30pm, a young man entered the Top Garage on the Park Road opposite the People's Park.
He produced a knife and demanded money from the staff on duty at that time.
Following the robbery, the man fled the scene through the People's Park.

He was wearing a grey zipped jacket with pockets on the chest, black tracksuit end, black and white runners and a black baseball cap.
He was of slim build approx. 5ft 5 in height with short fair hair.
