Gardai in Tramore are urging people to avoid main N25 at the Ivy House.
A tree has fallen, just after the Carrick Road Roundabout heading towards Dungarvan, partially blocking the road.
One lane is now closed and traffic delays can be expected.
People are advised to take alternative routes where possible.

It's understood the tree struck a vehicle earlier - emergency services are tending to the scene of the accident, and they are also directing traffic.
