Faithlegg Golf club are gearing up for one of the biggest dates in the club calendar at the end of the month as they play in the All-Ireland Junior Foursomes.
The Waterford club defeated Lee Valley in the semi-final and Kilrush in the final at Clonmel Golf Club to be crowned Munster Champions
Rory Fives and Kieran Houlihan led the way for Faithlegg, winning both of their matches. Alex King and Cormac Cadogan were in similar form, they also won both matches. The final score would read as a seven-hole win for Faithlegg.
The lads dropped into studio along with team manager, Pat Lawlor and featured on this afternoon's "On The Ball" Sports show with Gavin Whelan, and they acquitted themselves very well on the airwaves!
