It's National Bike Week and Waterford is marking it with a host of events.
The national initiative by Transport for Ireland runs from May 14th to 22nd, and is a celebration and promotion of the benefits of cycling.
This year, participants all around the country are being asked to take part in a Bike Week pledge, with a set theme announced at 9am each morning during the week, through the Transport for Ireland online platforms.
Participants, who are over 18 are encouraged to submit photos, videos, or other items to Twitter, Facebook, and/or Instagram using #BikeWeekPledge and tagging their local authority or local sport partnership and TFI.
The best entries will be shared on the TFI social media channels. More here.
