A contract worth almost €680,000 euro was awarded to the owners of a Waterford building which is housing Ukrainian refugees.
According to figures obtained by the Irish Examiner for contracts awarded by the State for the last quarter of 2022, the Murach Group renewed their agreement for the use of Gracedieu Manor.
The paper reports the contract is worth €678,900.
In total, the State has paid out €676 million to hotels, B&Bs, and private providers around the country to accommodate those fleeing war.
Ukrainians first moved into Gracedieu Manor in April of last year.
