More than €180,000 has been announced in funding for Waterford heritage projects.
It's been allocated under the Built Heritage Investment Scheme.
In total, €182,400 has been granted for 22 projects across the county.
The scheme aims to help those responsible for historic buildings to properly care for and look after the properties.
It can be used for repair works and general maintenance.
The largest sum awarded in Waterford was €15,000 and three local projects are getting that: The Haven Hotel in Dunmore East for joinery repair; St Anne's Church, Fews, Kilmacthomas for the same reason; and The Thatch in Aglish, Cappoquin for thatching work;
Among the other projects being funded is St Carthage's Cathedral in Lismore where €13,500 will be spent on draught-proofing windows and doors.
12 Mayors Walk in the city is also getting €7,000 for roof repairs.
