A driver was caught doing 174 km/h in a 100 km zone in Waterford.
Waterford Gardaí were carrying out speed checks on the N25 yesterday afternoon when they detected this car travelling at an excessive speed.
The driver was stopped and they now face a summons to court in the post.
18 people have now died on our roads so far this year.
