A Waterford Councillor has called for a three strikes policy to be implemented when it comes to dealing anti-social behaviour in council owned housing.
Sinn Fein's John Hearne says he's dealt with a number of cases of criminal activity in his constituency.
He says the council needs to show that it will act in such cases.
Housing Director Ivan Grimes says such a move wouldn't be possible, but that the Council does have processes to deal with anti social behaviour.
