The Commission for Aviation Regulation says they have still not received an application from
Aer Southeast to allow them to sell flights from Waterford Airport.
The chief executive of the new airline has written to customers saying that their money is safe.
Aer Southeast say their planned services to London Luton, Birmingham and Manchester will take off once a licensing issue is resolved.
The Company were forced to cease selling tickets by the Commission for Aviation Regulation when it found that the carrier did not have the required tour operators licence.
Flights are set to take off from July 24th.
Bookings opened on June 20th but a day later the website was taken down.
In a letter to all those who bought tickets, the Company's chief executive, Einar Adalsteinsson said the money paid for flights is held in an escrow account by a payment processing company and in the unlikely event of flights not taking place, there will be a one hundred percent refund.
