Waterford City and County Council has refused planning permission for an apartment complex in Waterford City.
The Causeway Group Ltd. had submitted an application seeking to construct a four storey apartment building over an existing basement car park at Penrose Lane to consist of four apartments in total.
The proposed development included new bike and bin storage areas at ground floor level, along with all with associated development work.
The application was first submitted in December 2023, with further information requested in February 2024.
