Motorists can expect some delays in Lisduggan in Waterford city this evening following a car fire outside Browns Road Library. The explosion was due to an electrical fault. There were no injuries. A tow truck is at the scene.
The road from the Amber garage to the Library was closed for some time
It's expected to reopen shortly.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area as there may be some tailbacks.
