The well-known Irish businessman Ben Dunne has died at the age of 74.
The former Director of Dunnes Stores passed away while visiting Dubai.
He was born in 1949 and he survived a kidnapping by the IRA in 1981.
Mr Dunne founded a number of gyms in Dublin and other locations across the country.

He is survived by his wife Mary and four children.
