An online book of condolence to rally driver, Craig Breen, has been opened by Waterford City and County Council.
Craig, who was 33, passed away in an accident in Croatia on Thursday.
He had been participating in a test ahead of Rally Croatia, due to get underway next week.

He described Craig as more than just a driver, Mr Kim said he was a true lover of the sport who wore his heart on his sleeve," something that enamoured him to so many people"
He said the outpouring of grief and sadness in the past few days is a testament to the man Craig was.
Séan Kim said he leaves behind a legacy within Hyundai Motorsport and the wider motorsport community that is difficult to put into words.
