Michael O'Leary, says he will certainly operate a flight from Waterford Airport if the cost is right.

The Ryanair boss was answering questions before the Oireachtas Transport and Communications Committee yesterday.

Just in September O'Leary declared Ireland had too many airports but that a flight from Waterford to London was something he would consider.

He was questioned yesterday by Waterford senator, John Cummins as to whether or not he had been engaged in any talks about operating a flight from Waterford Airport, to which he replied that he had.
