A planning application has been received for a large scale residential development in Waterford City.
The development will consist of 78 apartment units made up of 3 apartment blocks at the already existing Deer Park development on the Ring Road.
The complex will have a mixture of 1 2 and 3 bed units, with a creche being constructed at Block C.
The already existing Deerpark housing estate was completed last year, with the area proving popular at the suburbs of the City.

An application was received on March 12th, with a decision due to be received by May 6th.
