A 57-acre farm has gone up for sale on the Waterford and Cork border.
Fermoy-based auctioneers Dick Barry & Son have enlisted the lands on the market, which are located in the townland of Lyre, which is roughly 10km outside Tallow in West Waterford.
The guide piece is currently set at between €6,000 to €7,000 per acre - meaning the site is likely to sell for somewhere in the region of €342-400K.
According to the Irish Examiner, the auctioneer Michael Barry says there has been a number of enquiries on the lands since they were listed last week.
The auctioneers' website outlines that most of the land is sound and level and presently in grass.
However, there are 20 acres of land at the lower side of the 57-acre farm in need of attention and reclamation.
