1,323 homes remain without power across Waterford City and County.
Power restoration efforts continued late into last night, however, some areas reported new outages yesterday that were previously not affected during the storm.
The majority of the outages are spread across the east of the county.
Meanwhile, the clean-up continues this morning after Storm Eowyn wreaked havoc nationwide.
Trees have been uprooted - roofs peeled off - and a man died when a tree fell on his car near Raphoe in County Donegal.
The storm's been replaced with a yellow snow-ice warning Donegal this morning.
People are advised to check the ESB website for further information.
