Lost: A black Labrador dog is missing from the Ballyhane area of Cappoquin he was startled Sunday afternoon by the thunder and lightning and ran away from the house he was spotted in the Cappoquin, Mellary area around 4 pm . He is jet black and wearing a black collar . His name is Rover and he is around three years old . His owner is very upset at losing him .
