Participant numbers have already reached 1800 and it's still possible to register via solasentre.ie.
You can collect your T Shirt Friday at either the Waterford Solas Centre from 2pm to 7pm or from the Alternative Health Clinic in Dungarvan from 5pm to 7pm.
WLR's sister station Beat is celebrating ten years as media partners with the Run and Walk for Life.
#GoOrangeforSolas
Businesses, organisations and community groups in Waterford are all asked to #GoOrange this Friday October 8th to support this great cause.
And of course our doggies are delighted to take part...
So, no matter where you are this weekend, you can take part and help raise vital funds for the centre and support its amazing work.
