In a statement, Spraoi said that the Hallowe'en event Wicked Woods at WIT Arena is cancelled for Wednesday October 27th.
The decision has been made due to the Status Yellow warning, which Met Eireann has put in place for Waterford until 5am Thursday.
Wind conditions have made the site unsafe for audiences, staff and crew.
Ticket holders may use their tickets to attend that same time-slot performance on Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Alternatively full refunds will be made on request.
