The state of the art Kingfisher Club, on the Tramore Road, offers everything fitness enthusiasts would want and more. It is the perfect place for people who want to start a fitness regime for the first time or for those who want to restore their zest for life.
As the south East’s largest facility Kingfisher Fitness Club boasts over 120 pieces of equipment in their state of the art gym, a 25 meter, 6 lane swimming pool, kids pool, two fitness class studios, sports hall, a crèche, café, tennis courts and astro pitches, along with a thermal suite, steam room, sauna and hydro pool.
Added to this they currently have over 120 FREE fitness classes weekly, available to their members and are also available to non-members alike. These include the new Les Mills Virtual Class, check it out!

Our gym is staffed by qualified gym instructors who will be available to discuss members training programme or for any assistance. Our pool environment is also constantly manned by one of our trained lifeguards to ensure a fully safe pool environment for all members and guests
Meet Mags Murphy
Mags Murphy teaches Pilates, Aqua Aerobics, Strength and Conditioning and Fitness Ultimate Burn.

“Pilates uses a variety of stretches, poses and co-ordinated movements it is a great way of de-stressing the mind, while also strengthening your back and your core. It is a must for everyone”
Mags also teaches strength and conditioning classes for all levels and provides high intensity training. However, when it comes to training she said, “It should be quality over quantity.” One of her busiest classes at Kingfisher Health and Fitness is aqua aerobics. “It is one of the most popular classes for all ages. Meet Adam Wright
Adam Wright is a fitness instructor, Spin instructor, Kettlebell instructor and a Olympic Weight Lifting instructor.

Meet Yvonne Lyons
Yvonne Lyons is one of the more experienced fitness instructors in Kingfisher Health and Fitness Centre. She says her maturity and her energetic attitude is something that appeals to a lot of the members. Yvonne has worked for Kingfisher for the past four years, also sees herself as something as a role model due to her high level of fitness. In all Yvonne holds 10 fitness classes per week, including body sculpt, weights and conditioning, aqua aerobics, bums, legs and tums and body solid classes.

Not just a membership club
Kingfisher also open to the public during the following times:
Monday to Friday 7-9am, 2-4pm and 8-10pm
Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays 9-11am and 2-6pm.
Swim or gym is €8 for single adults
Swim and Gym is €12 for single adults
Children are €4.50
Family swim is €15 (2 adults and 2 children) A great family activity for those rainy days!
