Reporting to the Department Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Stock deliveries, accountability on all delivery dockets and ensure any
damaged stock or returns are completed daily.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and park and offload in a safe manner and do not
obstruct any pedestrian areas on campus.
• Ensure all deliveries are properly offloaded and safely stored away.
• Check fridge temperatures and complete HACCP in relation to all chill/frozen
products.
• Keep all exits and walkways clear and clean.
• Maintain good stock rotation in all fridges/freezers and dry goods area and
ensure a good hygiene policy.
• Responsible for laundry collections and any deliveries for the Food &
Beverage outlets.
• Assist in the waste management/recycling programme around all stores and
kitchen units.
• Implement a daily housekeeping plan and ensure all sustainable goals in the
waste management of outer packaging is maintained.
• Assist in the monthly stock take process with all of the teams.
• Ensure all equipment/delph/buffet display is recorded and stored
appropriately.
• Assist in the setup of large-scale events throughout the campus.
• To undertake any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILL SET:
The successful applicant must have a minimum of 5-years’ experience in a similar
working environment.
Excellent communication skills, with a professional and courteous manner, and has
the ability to work as part of a team.
